How it works:

NC: When the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull, pilot hole opened, pressure relief valve, the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote, solenoid valve opens; When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve by spring return, pilot hole closed, the valve orifice by a piston pressurization chamber and the return spring force, the valve closed.

Normally open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the valve chamber and pressurized by the piston return spring throttle thrust, the solenoid valve closes. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve by spring return, pilot hole opened, pressure relief valve chamber, the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote, the solenoid valve opens.
